This package is individually designed for professionals who wish to benefit from the exceptional experience and knowledge of a sports coach combined with that of a medical doctor.

How we will make it work

Together we will analyse your current level of fitness, discuss any medical issues you may have and define the goals you want to achieve with my help.

Before the training starts we will:

Find a suitable holiday home for the duration of the training camp
Familiarise you with the logistics of the island and assist you with transportation to our training sites
Create your personal daily and weekly training plan
Assist you with your individual nutrition plan
Provide consultation of daily life organisation.

Duration

This package will vary in time depending on your training requirements.

1 – week preparation

We will have 7 days in a row to focus on your most important physical needs. This will be complemented by sports psychological coaching.

2 – 6 weeks trainings camp

The camp is professionally designed and adapted to the short- and long-term planning of your current career and the goals that have to be achieved for your next success.

We will spend up to 6 days a week for a maximum of 8 hours a day improving your physical performance, complemented by coaching and additional sport psychological assistance.

Long term support

This will be defined upon your request and adapted to your individual needs.

Location

Depending on the type of sport in which you are professional in, our training sessions will take place at different locations around the island:

Your holiday home
Public courts
Indoor facilities
Gym
Anywhere the island has to offer such as walkways and paths, beaches, and mountainside
